 | In my previous incarnation, I practiced law in Washington, DC. In the 1990's, after a hiatus to stay home and raise my children, I became a gardener and never looked back. Since 2001, I've practiced landscape design as an APLD- certified in-house designer for Landscape Projects, Inc. in Bethesda, MD. Becoming a landscape designer has allowed me to stretch myself and explore my creative side. Look below and see links to some of the gardens I've created, shown on this website. Please send me an e-mail or call me at 301-652-8844, ext. 7, to arrange a preliminary consultation. Details of how I work are on the Design Process page. Because LPI is a design/build company, my design work is part of a multi-step process that includes installation, and I am unable to offer design services on a stand-alone basis.
